Deposits
A deposit of $250.00 per cabin per week or $150.00 for a weekend reservation is required and will be applied to the last day of your reserved period.
Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made 8 or more weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, less a $100.00 handling fee. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior.
Reservations
Weekly reservations run from Saturday to Saturday. The only exceptions are in May before Memorial Day when 2 day and 3 day rates are available.
Reservations will be held no later than 8:00 p.m. unless we are notified. You are responsible for the full amount of the reserved time.
